An advanced small manual downrigger designed for salt or fresh water featuring 1 ft. per turn retrieve, 10 lb. weight capacity and clutch built into handle for one handed retrieve and descent. Includes: 4X6" deck plate, hold down knobs, rod holder, 3 digit counter. 2ft aluminum arm, swivel head, 200 ft of 195 lb. test cable.
